Functionality and quality? Or cost and usability?

In an previous entry, we talked about the time and professionalism with regard to the quality of the translations. But we also mention the functionality, usability , and cost. This time, we'll talk about these three concepts.

We have already said that the translator must have lexical knowledge and world so you can adapt the text that works so that it is functional and meets your objective when you reach the target audience. To make this happen, we must work with professional translators who spend the necessary time and deliver a qualityproduct. But, why someone does not choose the quality?

In my opinion, the only reason so someone can not choose the quality is the need to reduce costs, why companies tend to hide behind the excuse of usability: "the material is for internal use," "going to use employees as material from" reference"or"translate it is only as a legal matter, because it should be in the archives".
